Title: Pulmonary Valve Placement in patients with prior repair of Tetralogy of Fallot: Indications, Timing, and choice of procedure.

Rational. The timing and most efficacious replacement therapy for patients with Pulmonary insufficiency following repair of Tetralogy of Fallot has been extensively debated, with multiple opinions reflecting the lack of strong evidence-based studies supporting a management strategy. Our goal, by utilizing all pertinent literature and the expert opinion of three societies dedicated to the care of children with congenital heart disease, is to develop a consensus statement which address the indications, timing, appropriate procedure and choice of pulmonary valve replacement in patients with Tetralogy of Fallot that has undergone repair resulting in significant pulmonary insufficiency.
